I’ve had a wonderful experience with this clinic. I originally visited a few weeks ago for my cat’s vaccinations, and they were kind enough to accommodate us on short notice. Recently, my cat had an urgent issue with loose motion. Although I couldn't make it in for a physical visit due to timing, they were incredibly helpful over chat—providing immediate medical advice and a clear plan of action. What impressed me most was that they followed up the same evening to check on my cat’s progress. When I offered to pay for the remote consultation, they politely declined. It is rare to find a vet so genuinely committed to the health of their patients over profit. Highly recommended for any pet parent!

Both my male dogs (Greatdane and indie) got neutered under Dr. Vivek sir supervision. But the problem is aftercare service. So I booked two in patients rooms for my pups, with two attendent for 24*7 care. Daily charges was 1000 / room for 5 days. Post surgery I was there with them under the impact of anesthesia my Greatdane Zeus was keep crying for me. I was there till 11 pm. Then in the morning they sent me a photo that they locked my boy in a cage as he was keep trying to go out of the room even though I paid for attendant. I was honestly furious and rushed there around morning 7 am to challenge them. The Dr are totally irresponsible, so keep an eye on your baby if you ever think to keep them there. Rest all days I was there whole day so they didn't dare to bother my babies. Both dog's sterilization costs me around 80K (according to body weight) good medicine n now both healthy

Pushpa pet clinic is very affordable clinic for pet owners. Dr. Vivek sir is very kind and humble person, he first interact with pet owners to understand your pet health sincerely, then suggest good treatment . My experience with him is very good he saved my Kitten(mufasa) from parisitic infection, which is severe to treat in city like Lucknow.

Probably the best clinic in lko for pets. I have mostly seen dogs and cats being treated here but have seen other animals such as Rabbit, as well. The Dr.vivek sir and staff aditya are understanding and good. They also have their own provision for vaccinations, X-Ray & surgery, which can be quite helpful. In addition to this, most of the medicines for pets are also available with them so one doesn’t have to run around. Overall I have always had a good experience for my pet here. If you have a pet and need a good doctor and clinic for them then this place will be an apt option to keep in mind.
